The 2-fold grid plate 96 is very often used as a supplement to the 4-fold grid plate 96. Combining or lining up these two multiple grid plates expands the zero-point grid, creates more clamping positions and increases the contact surface on the machine table when using larger clamping devises, such as the Makro•Grip® Ultra system. With a continuous zero-point grid, the available space on the machine table can be used efficiently.

Set mounting bores according to customer's request

All of our Quick•Point® plates with prefabricated mounting bores are also available without such. The case-hardened zero-point plates (57 HRC, 0.7 mm deep) can be modified to fit almost any machine-tool table.

Set individual keyways

As with individual mounting bores the same applies to keyways. In all plates without a prefabricated mounting bore pattern, keyways can be added for a proper alignment. Suitable accessories such as slot keys and centring studs are available on our website.

Custom corner radius

Upon request, we can adjust the zero-point system (multi grid or individual grid plates in a row) to round tables of the machine tool by cutting off the corners. A clean solution that avoids in most cases a protrusion of the zero-point plates to the machine table.
